Do you deliver?

Door to door - We offer the convenient door to door delivery if you provide a day time physical delivery address in South Africa where someone will be able to sign for the parcel.

Post office - This is a delivery option and also has to be considered where door to door courier is not possible

International shipping is provided on request.

Delivery charges will be quoted once the order is place and costs will be for the purchasers account.

We will notify you once your delivery has been despatched.

Contact Details and New Product Information

You will need to provide your contact details and delivery address information. We will keep your details safe. We add new products regularly and will share new product information with you via e-mail. Please notify us if you wish to receive our product information.

How do I pay?

Direct bank deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer - Payment must be made within 3 days of placing the order on selected products based on value

Cash on delivery (COD): For certain orders on selected products based on value

Cheque Deposits: Orders will only be executed on notification of clearance of the deposit.

No goods will be delivered until payment is made in full.

Returns and Refunds?

If we are unable to fulfil your order on time, we will refund any payment debited to us. If you are unhappy with an item that you purchased please return within 7 days at your cost. Items returned have to be in a saleable condition, for a full refund.
